What is on the test
- Part A, multiple choice: 6 questions. Circle the letter of the right answer.
- Part B, write the word: 14 questions. Write the word on the line.
- Time limit on the sheet: 20 minutes. Use it, or give no time limit.

How to use it
- Print one copy for each student.
- Read the instructions for each part with the class.
- Mark the test with the answer key. Write the score out of 20.
- Look at the skill check. Find the skill with the most mistakes and teach it again.
