Not all at-risk users are the same
Create segments for targeted intervention:
- Value not realized - Never reached activation milestone
- Formerly active - Were power users, now dormant
- Feature blocked - Need specific functionality you lack
- Price sensitive - Looking for cheaper alternatives
- Champion left - Internal advocate changed roles
- Technical issues - Frustrated by bugs or performance
Each segment needs a different message and intervention strategy.
