Not all at-risk users are the same

Create segments for targeted intervention:

  • Value not realized - Never reached activation milestone
  • Formerly active - Were power users, now dormant
  • Feature blocked - Need specific functionality you lack
  • Price sensitive - Looking for cheaper alternatives
  • Champion left - Internal advocate changed roles
  • Technical issues - Frustrated by bugs or performance

Each segment needs a different message and intervention strategy.
