How to upgrade your plan to unlock more features.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Upgrade”
- Select your desired plan
- Complete the checkout
What happens when you upgrade
Your new features are available immediately:
- Unlimited guides (if upgrading to Pro or Team)
- Advanced analytics
- Lead capture
- Custom branding options
Prorated billing
When you upgrade mid-cycle:
- You’re charged the prorated amount for the rest of your billing cycle
- Your next full payment is on your regular billing date
- No double-charging or payment gaps
Upgrading from Free to Pro
Unlock: - Unlimited guides - Remove Stepsies branding - Lead capture forms - Advanced analytics - Custom themes and colors
Upgrading from Pro to Team
Add: - Team collaboration (5 members) - Shared workspaces - Custom subdomain - Team templates
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select a lower tier
Your current features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that:
- Guides over the free limit become draft (not deleted)
- Pro features become unavailable
- Your content is never deleted
