Manage your payment information and billing.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Updating your payment method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Manage Billing”
- Update your card information
- Save changes
Invoices
View and download your invoices from the billing page:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Manage Billing”
- View invoice history
- Download PDF invoices
Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle.
Billing cycle
- Plans are billed monthly
- Your billing date is the day you first subscribed
- You’ll receive an email receipt for each payment
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- We’ll email you immediately
- We’ll retry the payment after a few days
- Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation: - You retain access until the end of your current billing period - Your guides are not deleted - Pro features become unavailable after expiration - You can resubscribe anytime
