Manage your payment information and billing.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Manage Billing”
  3. Update your card information
  4. Save changes

Invoices

View and download your invoices from the billing page:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Manage Billing”
  3. View invoice history
  4. Download PDF invoices

Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle.

Billing cycle

  • Plans are billed monthly
  • Your billing date is the day you first subscribed
  • You’ll receive an email receipt for each payment

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We’ll email you immediately
  2. We’ll retry the payment after a few days
  3. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation: - You retain access until the end of your current billing period - Your guides are not deleted - Pro features become unavailable after expiration - You can resubscribe anytime
