Getting your share link
After publishing your guide:
- Click the “Share” button on your guide
- Copy the URL from the share modal
- Send it anywhere—email, social media, messaging apps
Your guide URL looks like: stepsies.com/@username/guide-title
Custom URLs
Your guide URL is based on:
- Your username (e.g.,
@yourname) - Your guide title (automatically converted to a URL-friendly slug)
Customizing the slug
You can change the URL slug in your guide settings:
- Open your guide in the editor
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Edit the URL slug field
- Save your changes
Tip
Keep URLs short and descriptive. Avoid changing URLs after sharing—old links will break.
Your public profile
All your published guides appear on your public profile at stepsies.com/@username.
